PROTECTION PROVIDED BY MELLER LENSES

Los cristales de las gafas de sol MELLER cuentan con un filtro de protección UV400 que protege el 100% de las radiaciones de rayos ultravioleta y están homologados por la Unión Europea. Cuentan también con un filtro polarized , el cual es ideal para reducir los reflejos ocasionados por el sol en el agua, nieve, superficies metálicas y destellos producidos por luces intensas reduciendo así la fatiga visual. Las lentes Meller están fabricadas con la tecnología más avanzada de revestimiento internacional AntiScratch overlay technology worldwide, which provides the lens surface with a layer of protective film and improves its resistance to heat, humidity, knocks, and scratches. Its oil-resistant overlay provides softness and makes it harder for any dirt to stick, while also guaranteeing resistance to water, oil, and perspiration stains, which can be cleaned easily without leaving any marks.

Nuestras gafas de sol cumplen con los siguientes estándares de quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, the European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, the American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008, and the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.

CARING OF YOUR GLASSES

Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller case to carry them. Do not clean them with soap or water. Keep them from being exposed to direct light sources for an extended period of time.

It's preferable that you not leave your glasses face down or drag them over hard surfaces, since this could scratch the lenses.

CARING OF YOUR WATCHES

La resistencia al agua de los Astar es de 3ATM. Esto significa que el reloj es apto para el uso diario y puede soportar gotas de salpicaduras y lluvia pero debe evitar el contacto directo con el agua (ducharse, nadar, bucear…).

La resistencia de los Denka y Maori es de 5ATM. Esto significa que el reloj es apto para el uso diario y ducharse y nadar, pero NO para practicar buceo, snorkeling or water sports.

Damage caused by water is not covered by the 24-month warranty.

Nor does the warranty cover defects and damage due to normal use and wear and tear.

WATCH COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS

Meller watches are made of stainless steel. The watch's face is covered with sapphire, increasing its resistance to knocks and scratching

The warranty does not cover damage to the glass.

TYPE OF MECHANISM

All pieces of Meller watches use a Japanese quartz mechanism.

 

HOW TO ADJUST THE LENGHT OF THE METALLIC STRAP

 

INTERCHANGEABLE BANDS

The bands of Meller watches are interchangeable. To change them, place the watch face down and look for the watch's metal spring bar. The spring bar is the small metal bar that can be pressed on at one end of the band, near the watch case. Press on the spring bar and remove the band. To insert the new band, follow the same procedure backwards.

WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

WARRANTY CONTENT AND DURATION

Meller watches are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months since their purchase date. Manufacturing defects include the watch's mechanism, indexes, face, and hands.


This warranty will be valid only when proof of purchase (indicating the purchase date, model, and the dealer's name) is sent together with the defective product during the period covered by the warranty. Meller reserves its right not to provide free warranty service if the documents mentioned are not submitted or if the information that they contain is incomplete or illegible. If the defective watch is returned within the warranty period, Meller assumes a commitment to repair or replace it or any of its parts at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover shipment costs.

Once the warranty expires, repairs are subject to a service charge.

LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:

Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use or carelessness (knocks, crushing,denting, breaking of the glass, etc.) or accidents Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear Consumable material (components that are expected to requireperiodic changes during the product's life such as batteries)

USEFUL LIFE OF THE WATCH'S BATTERY

The batteries installed in our watches are expected to last 2 to 3 years, depending on external factors such as, but not limited to, outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

CHANGE TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If we cannot change the address because the shipment was already sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay the delivery time.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

En caso de tratarse de un producto defectuoso, deberás ponerte en contacto con info@mellerbrand.com en el plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido y enviarnos una imagen donde se muestre con claridad el desperfecto, y trataremos de verificar que el producto es realmente defectuoso.

WRONG ORDER

En caso de recibir un pedido que no se corresponde con lo que habías comprado, deberás ponerte en contacto con info@mellerbrand.com en el plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido y enviarnos una imagen donde se muestre todo lo que has recibido con sus respectivas referencias en la caja y el comprobante de pago y envío. Te daremos una solución una vez verificado el contenido.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER OR RETURNS

Para realizar cambios o devoluciones, se deberá enviar el producto de vuelta a las oficinas de Meller. El plazo para cualquier cambio o devolución es de 14 días desde la recepción del pedido. El producto no debe haber sido utilizado y debe estar en su caja original con la funda y cualquier etiqueta que lo acompañara. El coste de la devolución será asumido por el cliente.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND

Once the package has been returned to our office, it is processed before we proceed to the approval of said refund. The product must have been sent to our office within 14 days of when the order was received, it must not have been used, and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.

If your return is approved, a complete refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 working days and you will be notified of the transaction by e-mail. Once the refund has been issued, you can expect it to be in force within 5-10 working days.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

La cantidad total de tu pedido será retirada de su cuenta bancaria cuando el pedido y el pago se hayan procesado y aprobado. En el caso de que no se haya recibido ningún pago después de haber enviado el pedido, Meller  puede cancelar tu pedido de forma automática y sin notificación.


Recibirás un correo tan pronto como tu pedido salga del almacén a la dirección de email que nos hayas proporcionado al realizar la compra. Si por alguna razón no has recibido ningún email, comprueba tu carpeta de spam. También puedes escribirnos a info@mellerbrand.com con los detalles de tu pedido.

REJECTED PAYMENTS

The three most usual reasons why a payment was rejected by our payment system are the following:

Fondos insuficientes. Asegúrate que haya fondos suficientes en la cuenta para realizar la compra.La tarjeta de crédito no fue emitida desde el país en el que se encuentra actualmente. Asegúrate que la tarjeta de crédito que estás usando sea emitida desde el mismo país en el mismo país que te encuentras realizando la compra.  Su banco está bloqueando el pago en línea por razones de seguridad. Ponte en contacto con tu banco y asegúrate que el pago no está siendo bloqueado.

SECURITY OF PAYMENT DATA

All transactions are managed directly by our payment services provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.

Your card data are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone except your bank, including Meller.

APPLICATION OF DISCOUNTS

The discounts that we offer are only valid for orders made on our official website and are valid for a limited time only.
