FOLLOWING UP YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email from our messaging service with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. Enter it in Zeleris’ monitoring page to check its status:

In case the tracking number doesn’t work, try it again in a few hours, as the system may take a little longer than expected to upgrade the latest information.

If your order has to go through Customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs that this may entail.

PROTECTION PROVIDED BY MELLER LENSES

MELLER lenses for sunglasses include a category 3 UV 400 protection filter that protects from  100% of ultraviolet ray radiation and are certified by the European Union. They also include a polarized filter, which is ideal for reducing reflections caused by sunlight on water, snow, and metal surfaces and glare produced by intense light, thus reducing visual fatigue. Meller lenses  are manufactured with the  most advanced AntiScratch overlay  technology worldwide, which provides the lens surface with a layer of protective film and improves its resistance to heat,  humidity, knocks, and scratches. Its oil-resistant overlay provides softness and makes it harder for any dirt to stick, while also guaranteeing resistance to water, oil, and perspiration stains, which can be cleaned easily without leaving any marks.

Our sunglasses comply with the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, the European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, the American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008, and the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.

 

CARING OF YOUR GLASSES

Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller case to carry them. Do not clean them with soap or water. Keep them from being exposed to direct light sources for an extended period of time.

It's preferable that you not leave your glasses face down or drag them over hard surfaces, since this could scratch the lenses.

 

CARING OF YOUR WATCHES 

The water resistance of the Astar is 3 ATM. That means that the watch is suitable for everyday use and is splash/rain resistant but should avoid direct contact with water (showering, swimming, diving…).

The water resistance of the Maori is 5ATM. That means that the watch is suitable for everyday use and swimming but NOT poolside diving, snorkeling or water sports.

Damage caused by water is not covered by the 24-month warranty.

Nor does the warranty cover defects and damage due to normal use and wear and tear.

WATCH COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS

Meller watches are  made of stainless steel. The watch's face is covered with sapphire, increasing its resistance to knocks and scratching.

The warranty does not cover damage to the glass.

TYPE OF MECHANISM

All pieces of Meller watches use a Japanese quartz mechanism.

 

INTERCHANGEABLE BANDS

The bands of Meller watches are interchangeable. To change them, place the watch face down and look for the watch's metal spring bar. The spring bar is the small metal bar that can be pressed on at one end of the band, near the watch case.  Press on the spring bar and remove the band. To insert the new band, follow the same procedure backwards.

 

WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

WARRANTY CONTENT AND DURATION

Meller watches are  covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months since their purchase date. Manufacturing defects include the watch's mechanism, indexes, face, and hands.

This warranty will be valid only when proof of purchase (indicating the purchase date, model, and the dealer's name) is sent together with the defective product during the period covered by the warranty. Meller reserves its right not to provide free warranty service if the documents mentioned are not submitted or if the information that they contain is incomplete or illegible. If the defective watch is returned within the warranty period, Meller assumes a commitment to repair or replace it or any of its parts at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover shipment costs.

Once the warranty expires, repairs are subject to a service charge.

 

LIMITATIONS ON THE WARANTY

This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:

  1. Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water,  or natural disasters
  2. Malfunction or damage caused by unsuitable use or carelessness (knocks, crushing, denting, breaking of the glass, etc.) or accidents
  3. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear
  4. Consumable material (components that are expected to require periodic changes during the product's life such as batteries)

 

USEFUL LIFE OF THE WATCH'S BATTERY

The batteries installed in our watches are expected to last 2 to 3 years, depending on external factors such as, but not limited to, outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS

CHANGE TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us at info@mellerbrand.com and we will do everything we can to help you.

If we cannot change the address because the shipment was already sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay the delivery time.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case of defective products, you should contact  info@mellerbrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order and send us an image that shows the defect clearly, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.

If  you have to send the product to the warehouse, Meller will assume the shipping costs.  Once it has been verified that the product in question is defective, the refund or exchange for the user concerned will take place.

 

WRONG ORDER

If you receive a shipment that does not correspond to what you purchased, you should contact info@mellerbrand.com within 14 days of receiving your item and send us an image showing everything that you received together with the respective references on its box and the payment and shipment vouchers. We will provide you with a solution once the content has been verified.

If you have to send the product to the warehouse, Meller will assume the shipping costs.  Once it has been verified that there was a mistake in the shipment, the refund or exchange for the user concerned will take place.

The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER OR RETURNS

To make any changes or returns to your order, the product needs to be send back to Meller offices. The price of the products bought will be refunded, although the shipment costs (both the original shipment and the return) will run at the customers’ expense. The deadline for any change or return is 14 days from when the order was received.

The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND

Once the package has been returned to our office, it is processed before we proceed to the approval of said refund. The product must have been sent to our office within 14 days of when the order was received, it must not have been used, and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.

If your return is approved, a complete refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 working days and you will be notified of the transaction by e-mail. Once the refund has been issued, you can expect it to be in force within 5-10 working days.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your bank account once the order and payment have been processed and approved. If no payment has been received after the order was sent, Meller may cancel your order automatically without notice.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has left the warehouse at the e-mail address that you provided to us when you made the purchase. If for some reason you have not received an e-mail, check your spam folder. You can also write to us at info@mellerbrand.com with the details of your order.

 

REJECTED PAYMENTS

The three most usual reasons why a payment was rejected by our payment system are the following:

  • Insufficient balance. Make sure there is a sufficient balance in your account to conclude the purchase.
  • The credit card was not issued in the country where you are currently located. Make sure that the credit card that you are using was issued in the same country where you are now when you make the purchase. 
  • Your bank is blocking the on-line payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment is not being blocked.

 

SECURITY OF PAYMENT DATA

All transactions are managed directly by our payment services provider, Shopify, with secure encryption  and under strict banking standards.

Your card data are sent directly to the bank and cannot  be  read  or  accessed by  anyone  except  your bank,  including Meller.

 

APPLICATION OF DISCOUNTS

The discounts that we offer are only valid for orders made on our official website and are valid for a limited time only.

If   you have requested a discount code when making the purchase but it was not applied, please check that the code was valid when you made the purchase. If you applied a valid code but it was not recognized, write to us at info@mellerbrand.com

 

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

At the moment it is not possible to make payments by bank transfer, but you can pay with a debit card or credit card or by Paypal.
